The owners are always present, the coaches are awesome super nice, funny and very professional. They sure know how to make you feel at home.
The 45 minute class goes by quickly and I love that it gave me a constant challenge. Back home, I usually do boxing 3 times a week. Upon returning home, my boxing coach asked me in shock what I did or take that had increased my performance and agility so much. I definitely wish to be able to return to F45 North Weston soon!
