This Orthodontist has a private practice and also work at Sawgrass Dental. You would think that meant her employees and the Orthodontist are professional, kind, and provide great customer service. This would be an incorrect assumption and assessment of their business practice and professionalism. Due to the greed of this Orthodontist, you will be charged whether she is available for service or not. Also due to the employees inability to read a contract you will be told incorrect information and made to feel like the mistake is yours. At the end of your treatment, the Orthodontist will advise you of some issues that will require additional treatment from another dental professional. However, it is impossible for her to know if it is needed due to inflammation of your gums. She will not offer rinses or any other advice because you are the problem. Not the miss information, the unprofessional staff, and/or the greedy and incompetent Orthodontist. My advise is to ensure you get a second opinion prior to doing business with this Orthodontist.

Front desk staff were friendly. My 18 year old daughter was going to be a new patient since they said they treat up to age of 22. However, the doctor refused to treat her. She didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to us, just made her staff do it. Very rude and unprofessional of the doctor. Now my daughter has to be in pain till we find another doctor. This doctor does not seem experienced enough to do anything but cleaning teeth.

The front desk manager and the assistants are very nice , but the doctors there no. I have such bad experience with Dr Ospina, very rude and unpatiense whit the kids. She treated very bad my doughter because she was very nervous with some extractions. I think they have to work better on service and treatment to the kids. Never come back for that service! I am agree with others reviews.

Been coming here for a since I was 12 and the other day when I went in for an appointment I felt very disrespected. Im not sure of his name but he asked what I do for work and I said Im front desk at a hotel and I was given the response of did you even go to college? With a sound of utter shock and attitude in his voice. Im 23 and just about to graduate so I feel like my job is sufficient. It was incredibly disrespectful for him to comment on my employment like that especially since it was the first time I had ever seen him in my life. Will not be coming back.
