        I thought I knew what a good paella was, coming from a country with a large Spanish community and having visited Spain on several occasions. Until I tried the Palomo Paellas, this is another level of good!!! From the quality of the ingredients to the explosion of flavors on the palate with every bite! Palomo paellas specialize in Paellas from the Valencia region, which for those who don't know is the birthplace of the original Paella and without a doubt the ones you get in the rest of Spain are far superior. In Miami there is undoubtedly no better paella!
