The service was very expedient in the city of Weston, Florida. But, after I got back to California, I noticed online my credit card was charged differently from what I was quoted when I left so, make sure that when you leave this particular unit that you agree on the final balance!

Javier is amazing! he took care of finding a car for me in no time, and went above and beyond. He is a cool guy who is always there where you need him. I recommend this location for car rental for sure.

Employee was nice but looked dead inside. Zero car choices, you get what you get, no choice. Toll by plate is convenient, don't bring your own sunpass/E-pass or you will be charged double. Unfortunately the car we got was wildly uncomfortable, and the electronics kept bugging out. Carplay/Android audio took multiple tries to connect. E-Brake kept failing and triggering on multiple times in the trip(luckily not while driving). Audio kept disconnecting regardless if wired or wireless, had to turn vehicle off wait 20seconds and turn back on to try to make it connect.
