I trusted Bruce with several projects and essentially gave him carte blanche to do whatever he thought was best for my specific situation. For one project I had an entirely empty room that was only partially constructed and he came up with a great plan for a home theater within my budget almost immediately. I couldn't be happier with the result. Bruce was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cared about my projects. I am not particularly tech savvy, but Bruce took his time with me to explain everything which made me feel so at ease about the whole endeavor. The attention to detail and communication throughout were fantastic. I would strongly recommend Bruce and Designer Digital Systems, Inc. We have used Bruce on several occasions to help us with improving our video and sound systems. Because of his vast knowledge, he made several suggestions on how to improve our system without spending large amounts of money. He is honest, sincere, and professional. It was a pleasure working with the Designer Digital team as they supported us with the installation of new audio system at Mary Brickell Village. Bruce, the owner, was very knowledgeable and has decades of experience. He presented various viable options for us and ultimately their work was very professional, timely, and fairly priced. Bruce came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint! He listened to what i wanted and went over and above to provide an entertainment system that exceeded my expectations! His suggestions were logical and well-reasoned. He made the system even easier to use! Even my family members can use the new system with ease! Bruce was timely, courteous, put up with my three dogs, didn't make a mess and in short was a joy to work with. Highly recommended!!!
