        I purchased three shades at the West Palm Beach store to cover a large expanse of windows. The shades chosen had some bamboo in them. There were issues with the shades in the space for which they were purchased as they did not match up due to a lack of repeat and they wouldnt go up and down smoothly with the motorized installation. Crystal noted the issue. She was very helpful in selecting the proper shade for my space and in informing me that I would receive a refund for the difference in price since the initial shades were incorrect for my installation. Unfortunately the refund was not instituted by a separate office, so I informed management of the problem. Tami Silks immediately stepped in and rectified the situation, apologized, and issued the credit. The Shade Store stood by their policy of putting the customer first and I am indeed grateful. Thank you Crystal and Tami!

        We recently renovated a condo we purchased in Palm Beach and wanted to get quality shades and drapes. We met with Crystal at The Shade Store and she was amazing! She guided us through the process and helped with our designs and we could not be happier with the everything we purchased! In addition to Crystal being so professional and nice, we had the best installer, Mike complete the work. Mike was so knowledgeable, nice and professional in the drape and shades installation. I would highly recommend The West Palm Shade Store and we LOVE our automatic shades and drapes in our condo!

Cody was patient, had an eye for detail so he was able to meet my needs/expectations. I was lucky that he cared enough to do the extras to please me, and never with an attitude
