They have caused me so much distress and anger. They never answer their phone. They don't answer emails. I got married in 2018 and they never finished my videos. Steer clear unless you want your heart broken over and over again.

Today is our first wedding anniversary and instead of being able to sit down and watch the footage with my wife, we have still not received our video from our February 17, 2019 wedding. Per contract, we are far beyond the approximate 2-4 months for delivery. Because all of our emails, texts and phone calls have gone unanswered since September, I am posting here to obtain resolution. Anchor Weddings has two options: 1) Get with my wife, Sarah, with a reasonable and real timeline of when we will receive our edited footage, or 2) you will be served by our attorney and we will pursue charging you our attorney's fees, paying back all of the fees we paid for your scope of work and any additional fees we see fit for this absurd inconvenience. If we do not hear from you by this Friday, February 21, prepare to hear from our attorney.
