Aggressive Recovery

I went to pick up my car on 3/18/24 @ 12pm. I was told since I paid for my car and they didnt have my car for long, they didnt have to remove any personal items or go into the car. Woman brings my car to me and there was clear signs of someone in my car and they looked through everything. That wasnt the issue though. The issue I am having is one of them left 2 jars of weed in my car and my car smelled of weed smoke. My windows currently dont go down for me to air out and I have a 9 month old baby. Imagine if I didnt find the jars and got pulled over. The smell would give police reason to search my car and I could have got in trouble. Even worse get my child taken from me. I notified the financial company and AGR is denying ever being in my car. This is so annoying because theyre lying and they dont care who life they put in harms way. I had to pay $150 to get a full detail in my car to get the smell out. I will make it my mission to report this everywhere possible till this issue is fixed. Sincerely, Angry Mama Lion

This place is a joke of a business. Imagine waking up every day and your human existence peaks at taking humans property and pretending to hold some type of power inside that realm. Such an awfully ran business. Holding property hostage over lack of an appointment is that saddest power move Ive ever seen. I wouldnt do business with them on any given day of the week. The manager is a joke of a human who thinks he means anything in life. And the lady running their desk is about 400 pounds past breathing properly with poor attitude. Cant wait to see how they handle their consequences of action. Service: Car towing
