        I don't want to leave a bad review but I took my car in for a simple balance of all 4 tires. I told the staff that I felt a slight bounce/vibration at low and higher speeds, as well as when I brake. Was not bad but I could tell I needed a balance for a more smoother ride. I recently have gotten all 4 brand new tires (not from Pep Boys). Needless to say, I left there with more vibration then when I went in. Not sure what they did or did not do, but the balance was not done or fixed the issue. Paid a little less than $100 for the service. I gave 2 stars because the rep who fully checked me in and out was very nice.

        I dont know how else to put it . The service at this location has always been slow . If you dont leave you car , be prepared to wait almost 3 hours for a routine oil change . Something that should take 20 minutes. If you book an appointment , you might as well come 2 hours after your time and then maybe they can squeeze you in . Very sad
