      Bruce, you did not show up for your appointment to our office. You must have been seen by a different practice. To clarify, at Advanced Surgical Physicians we do NOT have voicemails or voice prompts. The phone is answered by a staff member in the office which we believe makes our practice stand out against all others! The surgical coordinator is in every day to speak with patients and it is our policy that if a message is left, all calls are returned within 24 hours. If you need our assistance in the future since you seem dissatisfied with your experience, please don't hesitate to reach out, we would be happy to help you have a positive experience.
