Would give less than one star if I could. Awful customer service, specifically Sabrina S. Took about 15 minutes for her to process a return because she didnt want to type in the numbers under the barcode when the scan didnt work. So obviously rude and even rolled her eyes at us.

I recently purchased cute pair of sandals for $60 however, after wearing them in the house, I realized the straps turn inward toward my skin and the rhinestones irritated the area. I came to exchange them for a different pair and was informed that because they were worn, no exchange could be made. Antiquated exchange policies, companies like this one will continue to lose business. Theres too many better options out there.

Terrible terrible customer experience, you don't want to shop here. Came in to return a pair of shoes I bought last week from the Steve Madden at Aventura mall where the staff was helpful and friendly. I tried them on at home and ultimately decided against them. While here, one assistant was present and called over a manager because she was the only one able to do the return. Pretty much she said they looked fine, because why wouldn't they? Then walked away and made me wait 5 minutes to "speak to her manager in the back" and came back to say she couldn't take them. These shoes are brand new, $100, and being returned within the 30 day window. Clearly she just didn't want to be negative on the day because it looked like a ghost town in there. Not my fault you don't get clients, maybe this is why.
