Wish I could rate my experience today without any stars. I paid for a pair of shoes just for an employee to send me out with one shoe. I drove all the way back just to have the manager speak to me any kind of way and expect me to just allow her to. Ive spent a lot of money here at this place but they have poor customer service skills. The telephone number does work of course so she proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow to speak with her boss. She also didnt want to give me her name but its on the receipt (Giselle), so Ill be reporting them to BBB to start a complaint because I refuse to allow businesses like this collect my hard earned money treating customers the way they do. I am also a business owner myself and will be posting my experience on all social media platforms because that was very uncomfortable and I felt threatened.
