        One of my favorite restaurants for more than 40 years. I have always found the food exceptional. Of course, the biscuits are to die for. And on my last visit I had delicious stuffed flounder and crispy fried calamari. However in 40 years I have never experienced such incompetency among the food service personnel. Took two desperate requests of the hostess to get orders taken; the waitress never asked if the meal was satisfactory (if she had asked I would have told her that she failed to provide me with one of my sides; and the side she ultimately served was the puniest portion ever seen. I know that after Covid, it is hard to find qualifies food service personnel, but Red Lobster needs to try harder.

        There are some locations thats not good for a brand. This is one of them. Bartender was overwhelmed but handled it with a smile but the manager was absent. I saw ppl walk out, staff passing dirty tables, the bar area filthy. This bartender would have benefited from the support of the manager. Sad. Addendum: after asking for the manager four times, she finally came hello darling I told her my name is not darling. She did not offer to solve the problem. Training?
