Residence Roofing FL came out to the house and did a free external inspection of my house for storm damage. They found the damage and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. They met the adjuster the day my insurance company was to come out. Residence Roofing FL got the insurance company to put a new roof on my house. They made the process really easy for us. Still so happy with Residence Roofing a year later. They did such an excellent job on my roof, love the color, the new look and the fact that they went over and beyond achieving what i wanted. Deciding the color was esp. hard for me but they persisted until i was 100% happy. So many of friends told me the nightmare they experienced jus trying to get their roofing company to come back over after the contract was signed. Not true in my case because they were ready to go but were actually delayed because of me. The color photos, the drawings, maps they took of my house and property were all done very professionally. I have email copies and hard copies. 100% happy with them and their work. The crew was great too. Very good and fast. Cleaned up all debri and nails in the yard and hauled everything off.

Edwin and his team do good work. My property had a roof that was at least 25 years old and in need of a new one. Residence used the best materials, including Certain-teed 50 year shingles. I'm pretty detail oriented and climbed up the roof to make sure there were no shortcuts, and I was impressed with the crew and the quality of their work. The new roof looks great and the project went smoothly. They are professional, makes sure all the work is done the right way and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my new roof. Thanks!
