        About one year ago we used them to replace a water heater and they were OK. Not sure what has happened since. We made arrangements to have them install a faucet and replace a shut off valve under that sink. A two hour window was given to us and we waited, and waited, waited some more. No show. No call to indicate they might be late or not showing up. I tried calling them three times. Someone answered, said they were Bob, then they hung up. They are getting one star but deserve zero.
