I actually liked Flagler for my re-hab and was willing to overlook a few things since you only been there for 4 months but I'm furious about you all not returning my calls regarding loosing my bottom implants and not giving me a discharge form. I have called Brian and Trent multiple times I just wanted you to reimburse me for the cost since you have cameras everywhere you would know that I had them when I was checking in. Now need information on where to forward to my attorney . I will continue posting this review until we reach a resolution.

The facilities are beautiful and everyone in the building just couldn't be any nicer. Highly recommend.

My mother has been going to the Flagler institute for 20 years! She first went with a back injury that the girls worked hard to help her rehabilitate from . Without the professional care she would have never regained the strength . My mother has been able to maintain a good routine with the Flagler institute. She again needed them to help with recovery after a car accident . Mom was 89 at that time. They helped her recover her leg strength . They also help mom with her balance and keeping muscles healthy. I feel very confident when I bring mom to such a friendly professional facility and I highly recommend it!

This place is the best therapy Ive had. The therapists are great, especially Cece. She is a wonderful therapist, very knowledgeable and also a very caring therapist. Theres no money in the world that anyone could pay her to do what she does. Shes a genuine person that truly wants her patients to reach their goals. I consider myself to be lucky to have her as my physical therapist because she pushes me to reach my goal no matter what. She finds a way to get your muscles working! I had a stroke a long time ago and suffer from spasticity, she still finds a way to help me get up/ stand from my Wheelchair. I am so excited to see the progress I am achieving to get me closer to standing on my own. In addition, I have to thank Jose and everyone in general is very helpful!
