Having just finished up a legal proceeding, in which I was hit on my bicycle by a motorist , I am happy to say Dean Xenick, (after being recommended by a friend of my sister), worked directly with me, and helped me to get the best possible settlement. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me how to better protect myself in the future. He would get back to me almost immediately to answer any questions, and keep me informed as to how things were going. Very easy to talk to, and explained everything in a very understandable way. And his legal assistant handled everything in the same professional way as we moved along, sending and receiving any paperwork or info promptly. I sustained physical injury from an automobile accident I was involved in. Dean Xenick of the Reid Burman Lebedeker Xenick Law Firm handled my case. After my first consultation with Mr. Xenick, my first impression was he was well organized, prompt, professional, and caring. I had a lot to contend with my personal injuries, and i was confident that I would be well represented. Over the course of the proceedings, I found Mr. Xenick all of that and more. Every phone call was returned, every email was answered promptly. What I was most grateful for was that I found him to be a man of integrity. He was respectful to myself and his peers, but fought for the truth with a passion. He was also a calming presence through my ordeal, to say the least. The results of my case were better than I could have expected . He became a friend all the while maintaining professionalism.
