This office is awesome and extremely flexible. Anthony the receptionist is amazing and Leah is the best physical therapist there is Looking for an orthopedic doc this is the place. Dr. Amro is the doc to see !!!

READ BEFORE ATTENDING!!!!!!!!!!! I am not here to speak badly on anybody, simply to announce my experience for any of those seeking guidance. I do apologize for the long message. Dr. Rena Amro definitely deserved the one star she got for her knowledge in the orthopedic field. However, the other 4 were lost with subpar physical therapy (1 therapist to 3-5 patients with lack of supplies), customer/patient support (always pushing off when you need to see her and almost never providing the exact information necessary) , billing (trying to charger the patient instead of running it through the IN-NETWORK health insurance) and worst of all her aggression (closed the door from my hand, keeping me in the room and forcing me to ask her if she is holding me captive to which she said no and let me go). I have been seeing Doctor Rena Amro since 2020, and I am disappointed to say that she had an ulterior motive in terms of money. September of 2023 is when I received a bill of about $16,000-$17,000 dating back to 2020. My health insurance states Dr. Amro never billed them for a good amount of services, and she is now trying to get me to pay the full amount. She is well out of contract with my health insurance in doing so. Fast forward to my most recent incident, where she denied me service once my auto insurance PIP was exhausted. She tried forcing me to pay all the bills, and avoided going through my new health insurance. I was sent text messages, voicemails and mail asking me to pay the large lump some of money. I have wasted hours talking with my insurance, just to hear them say that she is extremely in the wrong avoiding billing the health insurance. My lawyer claims she does so to receive the most money from the patients pocket, and have them only get partial reimbursed from their health insurance. It should not be this way, and she is out of contract with IN-NETWORK health insurances in doing so. Going back to all the past bills that werent sent to my health insurance, she is now billing me because she forgot to do so within the 6 month time frame the insurance gives her, and is still sending me bills even though the insurance explained to her there is no patient responsibility. I would not recommend this orthopedic, and am deeply sorry for this horrible review. I am not here to wish anything bad on anyone, but rather shine the light on an orthopedic taking advantage of countless patients, PER OTHER REVIEWS. I hope you all have an amazing day, and find an amazing orthopedic for any injuries you are suffering from.

The ads Dr Amro post are a lie, theres no support about patients care,no flexibility, no backup in case you need a day off, never any office meetings, no health benefits, no dental. Im sure her excuse would be I was an independent contractor so I dont get benefits hence she shouldnt be advertising that for a LMT. She pays ICs once a month on the 5th yet in 5 months Ive had two issues with her not paying me for services already rendered. She is rude to her patients coming for care, only cares that she gets to bill their insurance. Her staff rejoices when she isnt in office because she creates a tense work environment. She has no cancellation policy so many times I sat around because patients last minute canceled or just didnt show. She takes advantage that she is one of the few drs that accept workmans comp, she treats patients as she pleases because they have no options. Many patients dont know about their own plans of care, it always up in the air with her or whatever the insurance covers. Argues with patients did they dont want as many appts as she forced upon them. Shell always find another reason to keep you coming back as a patient.
