Dr Pauline is an excellent Physical Therapist. She is my 4th PT person since coming to Florida 3 years ago and by far the best! I am so happy to have found her. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced with the human body and it's movement. She takes her time and is hands on, not just write a treamet plan and hand it over to a PT assistant. I would definitely recommend her

After only a few visits, Dr. Pauline has successfully been treating me for severe lower back pain which flared up about two months ago. With a combination of directed exercises, massage, and heat therapy, the pain has been reduced in both degree and duration. Dr. Pauline is quite knowledgeable regarding the physiology of my backs condition , as well as being extremely clear in explaining the therapeutic treatment. She is attentive, energetic, and responsive to any and all questions. I heartily recommend Dr. Pauline for any issue requiring physical therapy.

I've struggled with a tight and painful neck for 20 years. Didn't believe it could be done but Dr. White has helped me fix my posture and position and given me exercises to strengthen my neck. It's actually helped! I'm a fan of the dry needling too. She really knows what she's doing!!
