Friendly, very helpful staff. Westgate health center appearances was refreshing and tidy. I'm very happy that my family member is at this facility in your care. Looking forward to seeing Fred back up walking and his speech return to him percent. Thanks

Having NP Janice, nurse Joan and especially Jalean has been invaluable. They are so caring and attentive. Jalean has made things less challenging by coordinating doctors appointments and transportation. She even calls to check on family members. She is an Angel. There are things Im not satisfied with such as the difficulty of contacting people at the facility. Also records of patients not updated in 1 computer file.

The absolute worst Health & Rehab facility Ive ever seen. This facility changed its name because of how bad the complaints got but they kept the same bad employees. The Director of Nursing and ALL the upper management are not caring to the patients. They give attitudes when asked to do their job. The place is so bad WE, the family members have to go there and clean up our loved one and BEG for them to actually check on her every 2 hours. The excuses they give dont even make sense. All Health rehab facilities have to sign a contract that states that they have the Capability, Staff and Protocol to provide care for the resident/patient. So in this situation the Director of nursing could not give a proper explanation for why OUR LOVED ONE was severely dehydrated to the point where she could barely talk or move, beforehand stating that the nurse checks on OUR LOVED ONE every two hours. I asked the D.O.N how long does it take for someone to be severely dehydrated and she stated a long time. So then I asked her if your nurses are checking on the patients every two hours how did this happen ? She couldnt give me a straight answer, I caught her in a lie, they have no protocol to make sure the staff is doing there job correctly. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ONE YOU CARE FOR TO THIS FACILITY.
