    If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. Since December of 2023, I've been attempting to schedule a bone scan appointment. Despite attending the appointment and undergoing the IV injection process, I was shocked to receive a call from the office stating that my insurance had not authorized the appointment. It's baffling that such a crucial oversight wasn't detected prior to my arrival. I was then compelled to reschedule, only to have the subsequent appointment canceled due to short staffing, which, while understandable, further delayed my access to necessary medical care. After finally securing another appointment, I took the proactive step of confirming authorization the week prior, yet was met with continued frustration as the authorization remained unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to clarify the situation by contacting the office, I was met with a runaround, with each individual directing me to different departments and claiming that authorization had not been obtained. In a last-ditch effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to my insurance company, only to discover that authorization was unnecessary, and they even provided a reference code that had been communicated to the West Palm location. However, despite this revelation, I received a notification through the app a mere day before my scheduled appointment, indicating that authorization was still pending and urging me to contact either the office or my insurance provider, despite my repeated attempts to do so. On the day of the appointment, as a final resort, I contacted my primary care physician to expedite the referral to a different location, only to discover that authorization had miraculously been granted as my appointment was within 10min. The utter lack of communication from the office regarding this crucial development is inexcusable. After enduring the frustrating ordeal of waiting since December 2023 to undergo this scan, I am now forced to seek alternative arrangements due to the repeated incompetence and communication failures of the Cleveland Clinic. It is my fervent hope that this feedback prompts the team to implement more effective communication strategies to better serve their patients.

    Rude customer service, doctors is questionable quality. Barbara from customer service told me that they dont assist customers in scheduled appointments, the medical records are so messed up that they dont even have a history of your blood work uploaded into app or records at all. not a big deal Ill find a different doctor.

    Like many of the bad reviews I went to Cleveland clinic to see a specialist. My local doctor faxed them all my relevant medical records and received confirmation that they were received. Upon arrival I asked if they received my faxed medical records and the tech that was taking my vitals and preparing for the apt was rude and unhelpful and kept saying she didnt know if they received them. If I had known at this point that they had not received my records, I would have called my primary care physician and had them re-faxed. By the time I saw the doctor he had none of my relevant medical records, despite them being faxed to Cleveland clinic and basically the entire appointment was a waste of my time without these records. He was not able to do a simple test that couldve been done in this appointment and I had to be rescheduled to come back and do it. The earliest that they could see me was three months later? This is ridiculous. I am having a health issue and the earliest that they can see me is three months? They shouldnt take new patients if they cant have a reasonable follow up time frame, I began to complain and then the man checking me out, scheduled me for an appointment in March, but said to me they may call you back and cancel this because it really isnt an available appointment. So I wasted two hours of my day and cannot see the doctor again for three months , I would avoid this place. the administration is extremely disorganized as many people have commented here and I cant really comment on the skill of the physician due to the lack of my medical records the apt was meaningless. Go elsewhere this is not worth the hassle.

    My mother saw a physician on 1/31 and it has taken 2 weeks to get a consult set up for home health care. I called the office 4 times to follow up. They promised the office manager would call my husband on 2/2 also a physician, but no call. I called this week 3 times to follow up as to when the consult would be placed. This literally takes a couple minutes for the doctor to do. They said the consult was in, but which location/place wasnt listed. I spoke with the staff this morning and they reassured me the office manager Theresa would call me by the end of the day and Dr. Nyuyens assistant would call me with the name of the Home Healthcare name. Its Friday at 5:30pm no call! Its been 2 full weeks and still no response. My mom is 87 years old with copd and lives on her own. Its shocking to me that in this day and age there is no follow up and accountability. This is our health system a sad reality.

image If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. Since December of 2023, I've been attempting to schedule a bone scan appointment. After finally securing another appointment, I took the proactive step of confirming authorization the week prior, yet was met with continued frustration as the authorization remained unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to clarify the situation by contacting the office, I was met with a runaround, with each individual directing me to different departments and claiming that authorization had not been obtained.
In a last-ditch effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to my insurance company, only to discover that authorization was unnecessary, and they even provided a reference code that had been communicated to the West Palm location. However, despite this revelation, I received a notification through the app a mere day before my scheduled appointment, indicating that authorization was still pending and urging me to contact either the office or my insurance provider, despite my repeated attempts to do so.
On the day of the appointment, as a final resort, I contacted my primary care physician to expedite the referral to a different location, only to discover that authorization had miraculously been granted as my appointment was within 10min. The utter lack of communication from the office regarding this crucial development is inexcusable.
