Shay has helped me so much through my health journey and without her god knows where I would be. I had a condition that makes my lymph nodes very swollen and by going to Shay and getting her lymph node drainage massage, I have seen amazing results is such little time. Shay isnt there to fix your health problems or issues that you are experiencing for short term but really for the long term. She isnt just a talented professional but also a person with a kind heart. Ive been going to Shay for the last about 2 months for lymphatic drainage massages and can already see a huge difference. She makes it a super comfortable experience every time! Shay lets you know everything she feels and with ways to address the problems as they arise! Magical hands! Would recommend to any and everyone!!

I had massages with Shay pre and post natal. Shay is an incredible person and masseuse. She listens to what you are experiencing and intuitively addresses your needs. She is extremely calming and puts her full positive energy into every session. I always end my massage feeling energized, yet relaxed. I messaged Shay 24 hours into what turned out to be a 48 hour labor/birth. I expected a massage, and she showed up in a Doula shirt with her full support. She stayed with us for 10 hours!! Its impossible to know how I would have done it without her. I was able to have a birth with no complications. My husband had prayed for help before she showed up. We consider Shay our Angel! She has been extremely knowledgable postpartum with tips for the baby and mom life and to help with my bodys healing process. I would be happy to provide a reference for Shay for her massage and or Doula services.
