        We bought an expensive DCS griddle. Never worked right. Installers dont even know how to work it. They said we just install but dude it doesnt work Hello!!! Then you have to deal with technicians supposed to call you to fix it. Never happens. Almost a year no resolution. I lost hair on arms form this griddle blowing up on my face many times like a bomb. They are very nice on the phone and e-mail but missing in action. Horrible. Cant enjoy outdoors anymore.
