        Provided all my personal information to Eddy Martell. He told me to give him an hr and he'd send quotes via email. Haven't been able to get him or any other employee on phone or email for 24hrs now.

        Absurdly unprofessional company. Ive personally tried emailing and calling them dozens of times over the course of several months to amend my policy and have heard absolutely nothing. Even changing agents to a different firm is proving difficult. I cannot recommend them less.
