I contracted for all three of my vehicles and paid in full at the start of the contract. Two months later I was billed another $600 + for and uninsured motorist coverage because they sent me a email offering it but I didn't decline it. No one from Veronica Alfonsos office ever called. When I called them they said there was nothing that they could do. When I asked for Veronica to call me she texted me that she was aware of the situation but was away and couldn't call. I'll never use them again.
