My stay at Courtyard West Palm Beach was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch.
A huge shoutout to Roberto, the bartender, who provided exceptional customer service. He made sure our drinks were perfect and recommended delicious options from the menu. We enjoyed the mouthwatering Cheeseburgers, Chicken Wings, and Flatbread Pizza - all of which were amazing!
The heated pool was an absolute gem, especially for the evenings with the kids. We had a blast swimming and playing in the pool, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service from Felicia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Felicia not only interacted with me but also made my children feel like important guests by engaging in a great conversation with them about their hobbies, interests, and their perspective of the hotel.
Overall, Courtyard West Palm Beach exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay truly unforgettable!
