It is a shame that the Hilton hotel has such poor management. Checked in to find out the room was extremely hot, coffee machine broken, paper thin harsh covers. I was there with my 3 year old baby and had to leave at 1am because the place was unbearable to sleep in. After checking out and explaining my situation to front desk they gave me the managers card her name is eveny which till this way she never responded to any emails or calls for a refund and finally responded and declined the refund stating that none of this ever happened that I simply checked out and didnt say anything. Very unprofessional and poor management from her side to deny a refund for such a poor experience.

Asked for towels when checked in, never got them. Each time leaving the hotel the room keys deactivated & when going to the front desk on Day 2/4 of our stay, another person in hotel room went down, it was reset no issues. on night before checking out next morning, front desk requested a call from the person who made the account to request the room key even when given all information for room was given by other roommate. call it security issue but when im paying for a room & ive been here for 3 days & done this twice now bc of the room key issue & about to check out next day & hotel account holder is on business meeting & i have all personal information, reset the dang thing. i shouldnt have to make phone calls to get into my hotel room that im paying for.
