Front desk lady's disrespected me SO much after a long day and this guy dressed like a bum said he was security and shoved and pushed me ans I didn't do anything be prepared to hear from law enforcement BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Stayed the night yesterday during my trip down here in West Palm Beach. This La Quinta is very good. The check in time was very good. Your receptionist at the front desk was excellent and helped me in assisted me with any questions I had room was located on a high floor away from the elevator being a plus. Whenever I entered the room, the room was clean, spotless nothing seen. Housekeeping did an exceptional job. The bathroom was clean amenities in the bathroom, good pressure when taking a shower. The bed was comfortable clean sheets no dirt or unclean areas found on the mattress. Pillow was quite comfortable for a hotel. The pool was quite clean but off crowded. Not sure if they had a gym but wasnt really there for that. The breakfast was pretty good. Just an exceptional Wyndham breakfast. Otherwise pretty good. The parking was good and everything was good. No homeless people know that good for a hotel in Florida plan to be back during my trip down here to West Palm Beach.

I will tell you that your best option to rest and relax will be this hotel, I live booking hotels all the time for work reasons and I will tell you that it is the first hotel where I feel so comfortable, the cleanliness is the best, they come every day and give you They change everything that is dirty, they clean your room and it is impeccable and not to mention the customer service, apart from having a female staff of various beauties, they have an attitude, a treatment, very familiar and professional towards the client and that is very good, in short it is and I am still very grateful for everything and everyone who has made my stay perfect, thank you very much

This place is AWESOME! After a bad experience at a different hotel, I came here - and the difference was night and day. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they made sure that my stay was wonderful! My room had already been cleaned by housekeeping, but the amazing woman at the front desk sent housekeeping back to ensure that it was in perfect condition. When I went to my room, the lovely woman from housekeeping was just finishing up, and we had a very nice chat. The room itself appeared to be recently renovated - and housekeeping had it absolutely SPOTLESS! There were tons of pillows, both soft and firm, atop the pristine white bed spread. The mattress was so comfortable that I got an amazing night's sleep - which was much needed. The included breakfast was just wonderful, featuring omelets, French toast, pancakes, sausages, cereal, croissants, and a lot more! The smoke-free property is well maintained and well lit - with no obvious drug deals happening in the parking lot, and no unsavory characters milling about - it was a very safe and relaxing experience. I've worked in the hospitality industry most of my life, and I really appreciate great customer service, which seems to have completely died elsewhere. La Quinta's service was over the top WONDERFUL from start to finish - BRAVO! When I checked in, I was having a REALLY bad day - this place completely turned it around for me!! La Quinta is the hotel I'll be using from now on!
