Flagler Floral Co. Palm Beach

Shocker! Ordered the flowers on line from Flagler for delivery April 5th. They sent a message on April 5th stating that my order "has been cancelled because the store is unable to fulfill the order". No alternatives, no personal call! Not it is now too late to send birthday flowers. Unacceptable!

I am a driver for this company and they are one of the most passionate and caring florists I have ever worked for . They go out of their way to make every customer happy . Although we can control traffic we try our hardest to get the all floral arrangement to the clients on time . It is sad sometimes when the wire service sending orders to this company do not give the Owens all the money they are receiving to make the flower pieces they expect . So many times I see the staff add more flowers to make the floral arrangements look nicer so the clients are happy . To me this shows loyalty and success for this company . I am proud to be one of there many employees.

While the roses were indeed beautiful, I have encountered significant challenges with the service and logistics. On March 8th, a delivery that was scheduled did not arrive until the following day. The reason provided for the delay was that the driver could not access the property due to a gate issue. However, I received no communication from the driver, the company, or our security personnel regarding this issue. Additionally, on a critical occasionmy wife's birthday March 23rdI specifically requested a morning delivery. Despite assurances from a company representative at 10am that the delivery would occur by 12pm, it failed to arrive, and subsequent attempts to contact the company after 2pm went unanswered. This lack of professionalism and communication has significantly impacted the experience, especially during important personal moments.
