Dr.Albert was amazing!!!!!! The entire staff was he made all my nerves and anxiousness I was having go away. He was very attentive and patient would highly recommend!!!!! Thank you so much Dr. Albert!!

Dr. Ghattas was a lifesaver! My general dentist sent me here. But he also told me he didn't think I needed a root canal. So I was terrified because I was having immense pain in my tooth and if it wasn't a root canal, what was it? Endodontic Associates of the Palm Beaches Palm Beaches was able to read my x-ray and tell me I did in fact need a root canal and they were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. The fact they remembered to reach out to me and call me when the other patient canceled was the best thing ever. I was in such pain I was crying on my bathroom floor the night before! Dr. Ghattas was able to do the root canal and actually see some left over roots from a previous root canal another dentist did. He took his time, was gracious and by the time I left there the pain had subsided. I am new to the area, so having an endodonist I can trust is so important. I am so happy I found this place and Dr. Ghattas. He also uses this really neat covering on your mouth so your tongue stays out of the way. I've never had that before and past dentists are always complaining my tongue won't stay put! So that was nice. And he lets you choose your own music. I was in so much pain, I didn't care. They ended up playing Sade and it was actually quite soothing. I'll go nowhere else for my root canal needs!

You should know! Initially, they schedule appointments with endodontist Jeffrey S. Albert, but upon arrival, patients are offered a different endodontist, Simon M. Ghattas. This sudden change in practitioners raises questions about the reliability and consistency of their services. Furthermore, the substituted endodontist, Mr. Ghattas, appears to be ill-equipped to address patient inquiries and concerns, resulting in referrals to yet another endodontist. Incredibly, despite the inconvenience caused by this disorganized approach, the practice expects patients to pay an fee of $300. Such actions reflect a blatant disregard for the value of patients' time and money. Additionally, the overall level of professionalism exhibited by the staff at Endodontic Associates of the Palm Beaches is severely lacking. From the moment patients interact with the receptionist to their encounters with the endodontists, an unprofessional atmosphere prevails. This not only contributes to the inefficiency and frustration experienced by patients but also raises doubts about the competence and expertise of the entire team. Based on these circumstances, it is my strong recommendation that individuals seeking endodontic services should look elsewhere for a reliable, trustworthy, and professionally run practice. The deceptive practices, disorganized approach, and lack of professionalism exhibited by Endodontic Associates of the Palm Beaches make it clear that their services should be avoided.
