Dr.Korol is making money off of not properly treating or speaking to the patients. He lets problems prolong to do more work on you. The last few visits the nurse and doctor noticed my teeth were starting to shift and said nothing about treatment. I had to walk back and demand an explanation and a solution. I had to ask about a chipped tooth and if I have any cavities because they just clean my teeth and expect me to leave.
Yesterday, when I went for my cleaning I was told, you have really good teeth and you take really good care of them. Dr.Korol came in, muttered something about one of my tooths to the nurse, smiled walked out. No one said anything to me or even acknowledged me. I was walked to the front to schedule my next cleaning.
At which point I was told I will be getting a filling on my next visit.
1: why didnt the doctor or nurse who was literally in my mouth moments ago not mention a single word to me about needing a fill ?
2. Why would I wait 6 months to fill a cavity ?
I do not feel comfortable receiving care with the office ever again. They have failed me as a patient. Im really disappointed with the lack of consideration and carelessness that Ive experienced on my last few visits.
I will be seeking a new dentist for a second opinion and if I have any other issues going on with my teeth. I do not trust that I will receive ANY information, let alone proper information, and will continue to be billed for procedures that couldve been prevented.

I have been going to Dr. Koiol for many years. His staff is nice. Easy to get appointments. Dr. Korol is very gentle.

Disgusting attitude to patients!!!! Rudeness and insolence. If you don't like it go away, they scold you and express their dissatisfaction. I did one tooth at this doctor, he put a temporary filling instead of a permanent one and took a huge amount of money from me, when the filling fell out I was told that it was necessary and put again some temporary filling from a tube. The doctors are very cocky!!!! I will never, ever go back to this "doctor".

Rude staff. Seems like they are trying to rip me off with my insurance. Gave them my insurance 3 weeks prior to appointment and they won't tell me how much it is going to cost 1 day before my appointment. They said they would have to cancel . I have been goi g there for years. What a shame.I won't go back there.
