I came in originally because my floss was getting caught on the end of the bonding. The bonding wasnt the best job so I wanted it fixed because shes the one that did it originally. Olga took off all of the bonding which I didnt agree to, I thought she was fixing it so it wouldnt catch my floss anymore on the ridge she didnt smooth out. So fast forward now she took my bonding off its been 2 months I cant get my insurance to cover something that was already on there! And she took off! And wont put back on even though shes the one that took it off. She sent in a request to put it back on. Which it shouldve have been off in the first place. Here are some pictures of what she did. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The front desk lady saw that I was upset and tried to help, Olga also scheduled me an appointment to get my teeth done and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for my appointment and I told them I had to go I wasnt waiting any longer. Olga pulled me to the back just to tell me she cant put it back on because the insurance wont allow it. I want my teeth done right. And I want the insurance company to know the truth, that I didnt ask for it off I asked for it to be fixed so the floss wouldnt be caught. First picture is before second picture is after I left the office. I am now left with two big gaps, noted its also chipped because of her.
