        If I could give them less than one start, I would. The house is only two years old, and I'm already having issues with the roof. I have left them several messages, and nothing.

        Astounded by the experience we have had with Synergy. The reputation is not synonymous with their actual work. We have not had support when we reached out with issues regarding our brand new homes. Issues you shouldnt have with their brand new homes and their prices. I would not purchase a home from Synergy again.

        Very unsatisfied with their quality of work and customer service. It should be known that the experience you will receive from Synergy will include: chasing to get a response for help with poor workmanship. No response. Poor quality of work. Cant get anything fixed. Its always someone elses problem.
