Sent my daughter and her friend to go to the store. The guy rang up her belongings and told her it wasnt approved. She took a bag of chips off and he rang her up again. This time told her it went through. I went up there showed him my bank statement that it did go through and refused to give me my money back. Its not nice to steal from children.

If I could select a 0 star rating I would because even 1 star is a lie I came into this 7/11 wanting to just get cash back so I asked the cashier (Haitian man the ages between 40/50) would I have to purchase an item in order to get cash back or could I just do it without a purchase he replied to me word for word what kind of words do you live in your stupid for asking stupid question every one know you buy to get cash back but why that answer and the name calling didnt come off disrespectful at all to him me and my boyfriend were in total shock then my boyfriend stuck up for me and said dont talk to my girlfriend like you could get slapped (in general) then he called the police telling them he didnt want to help us and that we need to leave the store which we did because the police couldnt really help so DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING .

There is an employee who didn't let me buy simply because he didn't feel like it. He is the same one they show here in a video.

If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Was almost attacked by an employee simply for asking if something was for sale. Was called several provocative names and screamed at to leave the store.
