Dunkin'

Seriously this is the worst dunkin there is. I always try again because it is so close to my house and still the same results. Just trash!

I went in to get a coffee roll and I asked the lady that supposedly is the manager of the Dunkin' donuts there would she please put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds to heat it up.. she told me that they don't do that here I couldn't believe it.. I said please just put it in the microwave for a few seconds I like it warmed up with my coffee... She was extremely rude and I couldn't understand why she was being that way.. but for whatever the reason the management is worse than the help or is that how everybody is in there.. I will not spend a dime in that Dunkin' donuts and will never go back and I live five blocks away..

Terrible. Waited 20mins to no response no reaction from 2 employees that worked the morning shift. Guitho and his assistant were terrible. I'll never come back.

Extremely rude. My mother ordered a drink that was not made correctly she informed them of this.. They then told her she did not say the name correctly which she stated she did. She does not order anything other than this specific drink any time she gets Dunkin. They would not fix the mistake she paid for the drink and was made to drive back through the drive through for the correct drink and also pay for this one. All that was needed was whip cream and cinnamon added to the first drink that was given. Horrible customer service. Can't imagine how they treat other customers. Was a Female worker.

Horrible service! I was so excited for this new Dunkin Donuts when it opened. There used to be a young man at the drive-thru who was super helpful and very courteous. They now have a young lady who is extremely rude. Three weeks ago I was in line and waited 10 minutes in line at the speaker so I thought maybe it was broken. All I said was hello and someone responded very rudely, Can you just wait. I left without ordering anything. I gave this place one more shot and I was waiting in the drive-thru for another 10 minutes at the speaker. No one said please hold or I will be right with you anything, once again. I was just sitting there waiting so I decided to drive up to the window since I already had a mobile order paid. The girl just looks at me and says whats wrong?. Never coming back!!
