Verizon

I showed up to this Verizon at about 5:15, I was greeted by Allison (supposed Manager) she lets me know there will be a wait until I can be assisted by a sales associate. I then proceed to wait for over 40 minutes, while 2 other associates and herself disappear into the back for about half of that time. Allison then comes out of the back to inform me the sales associate who was supposed to help me (and who was also in the back for 20 mins) his shift is over for the day (at 6:00pm, they close at 7:00pm) and shes not sure if I will be able to be helped any time soon. She asked if Id like to make an appointment for another day. Nope, I sure wouldnt. Dont want to have my time wasted again at this establishment, and if you value your time I wouldnt recommend this Verizon location.

Tina was AMAZING!! Outstanding customer service. Came to the store to get a new SIM card, and Tina greeted me promptly. There were several complications due to me being unable to authenticate. Tina patiently spoke with three different departments and spent about about an hour detailing the situation to three different help desks. She remained courteous, polite and respectful both to me and Verizon reps. Superior service!!

Tina was incredibly helpful and very patient. She helped me set up my new phone!! I never had anyone at Verizon that was so helpful. The whole experience was amazing!!

Manger was very helpful in transferring data and handling incoming customers at the same time. Everyone was attended to in reasonable time.
