        Avoid! After being driven by a shuttle driver who was playing very loud rap music, which no one on the shuttle appreciated, and driving erratically with elderly people and others who commented on the situation while waiting in line, waiting for a long time to check in, and being told a car with some scratches and over 5,000 miles was in "like new" condition (which I could not tell at 10:45 at night with no light in the parking lot), I did find some minor scratches on the car in the light of the next day and took a picture. I received a report days after the rental that that those scratches were new during our rental, which they were not. We hardly drove the car over two weeks and did not scratch the car at all. I will never consider any Sixt again (it was not a choice because I went with a Priceline deal), and not just the PBI location. There's apparently a reason it's not well known.

        Rented and spent more for a good experience during a stressful weekend managing a very ill family member. The rental experience was not good. The worst part was trying to return the car and the address on the website for the west Palm Beach Airport location is wrong. When I called customer service, they gave me that same address. It took an extra 15 minutes to even track down And almost missed the flight. I do not think I will rent ever again from sixT.

        Scammers. We rented a car which showed damage to the front on our rental slip. Then when we returned it, they said we caused the damage. They claim the damage shown on the slip was "stone chips" not a scratch. They charged us $437!!! I will NEVER rent a car from them again.

        I was with my girlfriend, we had a great experience, and the car was cleaned. One of the associates Ulisia was very helpful, she had great customer service, was very knowledgeable, and was helpful. We look forward to rent from you guys again.
