    The worst experience with a warranty claim thanks to the After Sales Director named Robert Lanier. It all started when our 2022 Cadillac XT6 350T showed the check engine light, I took the car to AutoNation Cadillac because its under warranty. When Jason took the vehicle the only issue was a check engine light however I pointed out that the far back speakers were not working and that the passenger door outside trim had a pealing going on. I was provided a rental because they needed to keep the car as the part wasnt in stock and a very important part which means the car could have stopped at any point. I was taken on a electric Cadillac to Enterprise to pick up my provided rental, all options where small cars, I took a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu which smelled ok but very strong, that smell changed within the first 4 hours into strong cigarette smell. We had to open windows to take our kids and even like that it still smell. After 2 weeks my wife started complaining to the person texting about the process and that day they said part arrived and the car would be ready next day. Today, Friday 26th of January, 2024, I took the rental to the dealer to receive my fixed vehicle but to our surprise they replaced the car computer, Jason said the mechanic checked the speakers and that our model doesnt have the far back speakers included, keep in mind my entire family heard them sense we leased this car. Ok, lets pass that right, there is more, the trim piece was not touched, Jason said is in back order, ok. I now seat in my fixed car and my after market tire sensor are not showing the tire pressure on the screen, at this point I tell Jason to please include the manager to get this fixed. He walks to his boss office and I went close enough to see his boss HORRIBLE treatment to his employee and then they both go to my car, I come outside but leave them alone where the car is, I was about 24 feet away but outside with them, the manager comes to tell me that because I change the Rims and Tires to aftermarket they cant fix the problem, keep in mind, the tire problem was created by them replacing the car computer or whatever. I start to calmly explain to him that this issue most be fixed here and the manager keeps on telling me that I must take the car to the shop I got the tires to have them fix this issue and if they charged me to take does receives to him. I continued to try convincing them that this is not my problem and the manager went to the car while I talked to Jason, apparently the manager went to a worker in the shop who has another machine to read any sensor and got that issue resolved in seconds, then I left. Jason needs resources to provide customers with equal or better vehicles if warranty is included. The manager must treat his employees with respect and try everything before going to the customer with such a small problem which they created.
