        Rude waitress lowered our umbrella and exposed my mom to the sun. We asked her to keep the umbrella up to avoid sun burn. She refused. We left. What made the experience worse was the condescending attitude of the waitress. We said the sun harms my mom's skin. The waitress smirked laughed and said "this is florida". Now they accuse me of having a "spam" account. No you simply provided garbage service!

        Good food the service is usually terrible. Avoid it on the nights when they have trivia or kids events unless you have kids.

        Love the pecan roasted chicken salad. My absolute favorite. Parking: Usually enough empty spots to provide easy of parking but on some days when lots of people are out for dinner, parking can become somewhat difficult.

      Profile name says it all. We have flagged to Google as a spam account. 99% of our customer interactions are of quality and enable us to deliver on our customer service pledge. This, however, represents the other 1% - the 'anonymous' troll who creates a fake account to tear down hard working small businesses. There are lots of problems in the world...we suggest that you redirect your energy to creating solutions. In windy conditions, the umbrella is always lowered without exception as it becomes a safety and property hazard liability. We are sorry if you don't like that answer, but it's the correct one. You improperly took that as a personal slight, yet it was to ensure the safety of all of our patrons and property, which was explained at length. Any reasonable/rationale human would understand the same regarding liability and safety risk. We will always gladly offer another table inside or under the covered patio to accommodate the party.
