SCAM, AVOID THIS PLACE Where do I even begin? I saw the other reviews and was pretty skeptical, but I kept thinking to myself: This wont happen to me! WRONG. Im overseas deployed, and I found the perfect truck that they happened to have in their lot. I told them I wanted it and that itll be coming home with me. Jerome helped me out by sending all the pictures I needed, and even drove it around the lot so I could hear it run. I was sold. I asked how much itll cost me to make a deposit so that yall dont sell it from under me. Around $1k I said go for it. Well, thanks to Paul in finance, I ended up paying double that because of a misunderstanding I think to myself, that wont matter because this will for sure show that Im buying the truck, right? All that was left was my cashiers check. Remember now, Im deployed overseas. So receiving a cashiers check is going to take some time. This is where Mike the manager enters. According to Jerome, Mike sent him on a mission to contact me every single day and stress me out asking where this check is. I literally gave them the tracking ID, so they knew as much as I did as to where the mail was with the check. But Mike didnt like that apparently. Mike continuously stressed me out over this truck all because we were waiting on the cashiers check. Did it take 2 weeks to arrive to me? Yes it did. I cannot control that. Did I leave a fat deposit because Paul in finance cant do his job right? Yes. I was fully prepared to buy this truck from them, but all Mike saw were dollar signs, so he decided to sell it to someone else. In return, I had to fight to get my deposit back. Overall, Mike ended up killing the deal, which is whatever at this point. He chases money, not customer service. Yall need to move Paul out of finance, because not only was I charged double, but all the paperwork he sent me to sign for the truck details had SO MANY mistakes on there, from wrong address, to wrong color of the vehicle. Lastly, Jerome you need to find a better place to work at. Despite you and I having a heated argument, you did go above and beyond to get the pictures I wanted. I know this place will respond with some stupid comment, so bring it on. Yall know what you did.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase of my Ram Trx Chris did a outstanding job with me being all the way in Atlanta Ga to Have the process streamline and easy to buy my truck I will say this he is a man of his word if anything is wrong with the truck they will make it right and when I tell you they did my key was damaged they paid for me a another key, the major take away they found me shipping and got me my truck extremely fast the pictures didnt do the truck justice! I highly recommend thank you Chris for the easy process PS: sorry didnt upload any pics of the truck!

For now i will keep names out of this review. Terrible sales experience. I was looking at a 2020 M2 and filled out the information request online. I was immediately contacted by Rachel who was nice and professional. I asked if this particular car had been modified, she said no. We made an appointment to see the car at 1 PM Saturday. I arrived at 1230 and was greeted by a salesman whom told me he was "assigned" to me. I told him i was working with Rachel and he assured me he was my salesman. I asked where the car was and he said it wasn't on the lot, he wasn't sure where it was. I asked if it was sold. He wasn't sure. I asked was it modified and he said YES. Then he walked me inside and introduced me to ANOTHER sales person. I asked the same questions and this new salesman said the car is in Jupiter but it's on the way, and the car was modified. I told him i wasn't interested in a modified vehicle but he assured me the car was 5 minutes away and i should at least take a look at it. Then his manager came to introduce himself and he told me the car was modified, but not the engine just the suspension and exhaust. The salesman and i engage in small talk for about 15 minutes, then he steps outside and makes a phone call. He comes back to his desk and tells me "I have clients arriving now but i am not abandoning you. I'll be back." I was astonished. Perhaps he didn't take me seriously because what he didn't know is that i had the license plate to my old car on me. What he also didn't know is that i went to ANOTHER BMW dealership and purchased my M2 from them. Absolutely terrible experience and super unprofessional and unorganized sales staff !!!
