Elegant Beauty Supplies

This location is very sad. Me and my children always go into this location and shop. Not once have I ever had a problem. Today my child goes into this store without me cause she has to pick up some hair. One of the male associate stands at the end of the aisle and just watches her. When she asked him for help with an item in a locked case he walks away without even saying anything and then appears a black staff member. The entire time in this store my child is being watched. When I call the store to make my complaint that a male staff member is just watching my child, and that my child is not going to steal from the store, I was disregarded and was just given the answer "oh okay". My child left this location feeling very uncomfortable, and not wanting to return. We will be shopping at the other hair stores within West Palm moving forward because this location has not one ounce of professionalism with in it. -we got to do better

Location is has variety of products. Reason why I am writing this review is for an amazing associate named Kenyatta! She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helped me feeling confident about my purchase! She gave her recommendations on the needs I had and I trust her judgement!! If anyone goes to this location, ASK FOR KENYATTA!!
