        I left work early to deposit business checks and arrived 2 minutes early to find the doors locked. If you're supposed to be open until 5, then stay open until 5.

        I came into this bank without an appointment. My purpose was to close an old account (due to fraud) and open a new one. I was attended by Ms. Magda Toribio. She assisted me with all my needs and did so respectfully from start to finish. The bank was clean and all employees there were very kind to me. I would gladly visit this establishment again in the future!

        Front desk lady was so rude. I went in with my mom who wanted to open up a bank account. I was helping translate with my mom and the lady called another lady and said straight to my phase can you help them i cant understand. All i asked the front desk was if you needed an appointment to to open up a bank account and if u did, were we able to book now. She was so rude, definitely wont be coming to this location again
