TD Bank

If I could give negative stars I would. This bank has absolutely no idea what they are doing. This is just one problem Ive had with this location. Came in asking for a voided check they gave me a form and told me I could not receive a voided check when I have in the past. The first employee told me she could give me one and right void on it, the second teller tells her she can not. I went to a different TD bank location and they had zero problems with giving me one. Ive had this location connect old routing numbers that were closed to new accounts they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The atm is always full for cash deposits, half the screen doesnt work at this location avoid this TD bank location at all costs unless you want to waste your gas and have your day ruined.

Lori was a great help today with my boyfriend getting a replacement card when no one else would take the time to figure out what was going on with his account thank you so much!

This location has no rest room available to the public, so god forbid you are pregnant or elderly and need to use the bathroom or have some medical issue that you go more frequently, you know whats gonna happen.i will never use this location for my banking needs, never again

Service in drive thru act like you're asking them favor. Service is horrible. Waited inshoot lane for 2 other people in order to finally get deposit slip after buzzing twice was never acknowledged. Wasn't till I guess manager with glasses heard I wasn't being attended he asked what could he help me with by then the girl already attended 3 people placed in front of me. 8 hate coming here. It's worse I have ever been to and have to go as it's closest to me. Staff is just really bad. Every time i come, there is always a delay or an issue getting proper service.Seriously, considering taking business with Chase.
