Wonderful service at Village Rd PBI Duffys. Mgr. Wilson made our group feel welcomed . Parking: Pull in front for handicapped people to get out and pick up take out

If youre thinking about going to this Duffys PICK A DIFFERENT ONE. The last time we came to this Duffys the service was terrible (they didnt greet us for 20 minutes, the order was wrong twice and the food sucked) but thats not even why Im reviewing them now. This review is about todays experience. My boyfriend placed an order for honey garlic traditional wings with a basket of fries. Easypeasy right? We order, pull up 15 minutes later (per instructions) and he goes inside, hes told 3 separate times by 3 separate servers the host will be right with you 15 minutes later and the host is still no where in sight. (There are other customers in the restaurant also complaining about how long its taking, some are saying theyre about to leave to go get Publix wings instead) finally the hostess shows up, takes his payment, seats some couples that were waiting and says shes going to go get the food. 13 minutes later she comes back with the order and I wish to god he wouldve checked them but he was so sick of waiting for as long as we had that he just come back out to the car and we drive home. He opens up the Togo container & we see the worlds driest wings. Waited for the hostess for 20+ minutes to get dry, over cooked wings with literally NO honey garlic sauce on them. Seriously disappointed. Well never re visit this location
