Completely messed up my tax return which is just a simple W-2 and tuition statement. I received a letter from the IRS due to the incorrect tax return and they don't even know how to fix it. Now I am having to go to a REAL accountant and CPA to fix my return. Not only did they mess up my return, but my parent's as well. They made them file a business tax return that was completely unnecessary just to only charge them more for their tax preparation fees. I recommend you to find someone else.

They, despite being told, haven't taken taxes out of my IRA contributions either. So, I have to file a 1040X for the past 3 years and I've been going to them and contributing to retirement account since 2003. So, I'm getting screwed (double taxed) when I start making required withdrawals from the account at retirement. Thanks for nothing!
