Called him. He came and did measurements and promised to call back. He never did it and ignored my phone message.

Had high hopes of using Meadows Lawn and Landscape. Submitted for quote. Received a phone call to set up a meeting to explain my vision for my backyard. It was scheduled for mid morning today, its now going on 4pm and not a phone call to reschedule. Seems ill have to take my project else where. Not a great first impression. Response: I understand things happy and I feel for your pet. It takes 10 seconds to send a text to a prospect looking to spend thousands of dollars in work to reschedule. Then spam calling my phone 10 times in 10min during work hours even though you were sent to voicemail is borderline harassment. Sending me pictures of proof of surgery and of your cat also very unprofessional. Its not that I didn't believe you, its that I took time away from my clients to meet with you. I'm not trying to sound heartless, its just business and communication is key. Again sorry you and your pet had this unexpected issue. Wish you the best.

I highly recommend Meadows Lawn and Landscape, Mike installed an irrigation system, stripped off my entire old yard of weeds, rejuvenated the soil with an inch of composted top soil, and installed a St. Augustine sod his pricing was the best I had found searching multiple contractors to do this job. It has been six months since the install the sod has taken well and my yard looks Absolutely beautiful!! Thanks for a great job Mike
