You are better off doing everything yourself rather than hiring this attorney. Even if you don't know what you are doing, you will make the same mistakes he does and not be out the cost for nothing. I've thought about standing in front of his office with a sign warning people not to hire him. When I can figure out a way to report him I will. I'll do whatever I can to share the word about how horrible this guy is professionally. We filed for a k1 visa, I filled out the entire set of documents and took them to him, I did all of the document gathering and populating every question and reveiwing everything multiple times. Nothing was missing and nothing else was requested. I did all the work for him first. Paid him and made it VERY clear that the reason I was hiring him is because I didn't want any mistakes, and I did all the work so that it would be easier and faster for him to get through his part and catch anything that might be needed that I missed. First thing he did was get our case rejected because he didn't send my payment to USCIS with the application, I called multiple times but couldn't get him to return my call, so I finally flew back to the USA and drove over there and was lambasted for not making an appointment, then when asked about it he became belligerent and blamed the credit card company and the processor instead of accepting responsibility for it. That cost us 2 months of our lives apart from my fiance. Then we finally get a noa1, after that we waited the expected time and recieved a request for evidence, I called him multiple times before I could get him on the phone again because I didn't understand what they were asking for, he forgot to fill out the questions about the beneficiary having never been in any trouble with the law. That cost us another 2 months together. I demanded a refund and he came up with every lame excuse an irresponsible person could come up with instead of attempting any kind of resolution to serve his client. I begged him to communicate better and focus on small details, his response was "why does everyone always say that to me". Seriously, he said that, I'll lay my hand on a bible. I responded with "if EVERYONE is saying that maybe you should start listening". He just stood there staring at me, lights were on but nobody was home, then he started slapping his knees, becoming very animated, almost in a threatning manner while making more excuses. This man WILL NOT accept responsibility for his actions or mistakes (ill bet he will even respond to this review with the best of his ability to deny any of this is his fault). Everything is always someone else's fault. I'm sharing this warning to everyone sincerely, if you do business with him, you will undoubtedly regret it and deeply so. I've waited so long to post this review because I finally got my fiance here myself, I truly feared after the way he has acted that he might attempt to sabotage my fiance and I's process. I want my money back Mr. CHO minus the USCIS fees of course. I will not stop telling EVERYONE who will listen how horrible you are until you man up and refund me the money I wasted hiring you.

It has been over two years since we paid Mr Cho to get a copy of my wifes naturalization citizenship certificate. A COPY mind you. In that two years we have had to beg for any information, left several messages and have been told that its because of Covid backlog that we havent received it. Two years! That is now a thin excuse , sir. You can reply with any nonsense about court backlog all you want, after you received our payment it has been out of sight out of mind . Thanks for literally nothing.

He should not be called a lawyer, they are a disaster. I paid him 4,000 dollars and when I asked him he said we just have to wait and after more than a year passed, immigration sent me a letter saying that they had already sent him many notifications and he did not respond and when I came to complain He told me that it was the secretary's mistake. Boy already knowing 3 people who are doing the same thing, soon we will arrive at the office street with signs so that he will be ashamed and they will know him or that he will return a part of the

Business Response on Google Aug 28th, 2023
UPDATE: I have met with her husband on Monday, 8/21, detailed how his wife’s claims are mistaken, and reminded him of his best option to proceed which he had previously declined (because it required leaving the U.S. at some time in the future). He understands that he remains my client despite his wife’s actions. And he is planning to review the options addressed and we will proceed forward shortly.++ Rarely do I respond to client online comments and reviews, however, this review is grossly inaccurate and I am saddened that she feels this way. I plan to reach out directly to her and her husband to continue to try to work with them to clear up her mistaken impression and continue to help her husband. A few comments to clarify and clear up some confusion: First, her husband IS ineligible for adjustment to permanent resident status and it is inaccurate when she states that "No effort was put into" her husband's case. They hired me and my office to assist on a case that the husband has been working with the USCIS on since 1999. I have filed over eight (8) separate forms on behalf of this couple, with pages of documentation and evidence – but the USCIS can only approve an application when an applicant provides the evidence proving he is qualified. No matter what the reviewer claims, unfortunately, her husband has not been able to prove his eligible for permanent resident status since he began this process in the 1990s. And the USCIS denied his application in 2022 because he has NO PROOF of one requirement for his eligibility. Secondly, yes, I freely admit that I do take money when I am hired to assist my clients. I have been practicing in this field for over two decades and do not work without being paid. Thirdly, It is unfortunate that she believes that if I just listened to her and used all the records she provided that it would show that her husband is eligible. I have reviewed all the files and provided all the evidence that they had to prove eligibility to the USCIS – and made argument on his behalf (despite her inference that I did not). And, to refute the incorrect claim the reviewer has made that if I had "listened to" her and used the documents she provided to "get the process rolling" I actually had provided whatever supporting documents that she provided. Unfortunately, the USCIS disagrees with the wife’s assertion that she has a document or record that would solve this. (Otherwise, we would have just submitted this nonexistent document to the USCIS.) So I am sorry to note that she is incorrect in her claim that I just needed to listen to her to "get the process rolling." Fourthly, I had already discussed with the couple during a prior consultation that her husband does qualify for a provisional waiver, which will allow him to be approved for permanent resident status via traditional channels. But, he had previously rejected this course of action, because he fears leaving the U.S. for a required interview overseas. Overall, my client is still eligible for this traditional course for permanent resident status, and I will reach out to the couple in an attempt to continue my work with them, to clear-up their confusion and misunderstandings, and to again urge them to file the proper paperwork and to try the traditional course of action to permanent resident status.
