Your office took me quickly for an emergency. Once I was there, I had to have two teeth extracted and a partial done. The staff and the doctors were so kind and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend this office to anyone. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Dawn Burton Rainwater.

Its unfortunate that our experience here at affordable dentures especially for my mother has been nothing but deficient. When we first made the appointment, we were given misleading information as to when my mother would receive her dentures, as her gums were completely healed for 3 months before actually getting dentures. Upon seeing the denturist, she told us something different, then said the call center gave us incorrect information, we said ok. She told us we would be able to receive the dentures by the latest Thursday of that week. We paid $1250 upfront split between card and cash. I paid $760 in cash and the rest in card payments. When the first set of impressions were taken, the denturist came back and said the bite is off, called the lab personnel to come and take a look and he said it was fine. We returned Wednesday morning and behold after putting the dentures in the bite was indeed off, there was a big gap it could not close. They took impressions again and we were told to return Thursday morning which is the next day, which should have been the official day for my mother to receive her dentures. Thursday morning we sat in the chair and to our surprise, the bite was off again and this time the top denture was all the way over the bottom denture. Mind you, good Friday was the next day, unbeknown to us at that time that they would be closed. The denturist after going back and forth with the lab, returned to us unapologetic with no remorse and how negligent they have been about us getting the dentures as promised. I asked if we could come in on Friday morning, she said no and I said why, she looked at us and said because were closed. I said ok, how about Monday morning, she said we are all booked for Monday, so I said this is unbelievable, then she left again, came back and said can you come back on Tuesday morning, I said sure, she handed me the appointment card walked off, showed no compassion and walked over through the lab door and shut the door, not even the decency to walk us out knowing they have been negligent as this time. We left the morning, my mother was saddened. I returned few hours later seeing how we were treated and requested a refund. No one tried to prioritize the situation knowing that they were faulty from the start and their demeanor was like ok. I am the power of attorney for my mother and I paid for the service and they were giving me a hard time that my mom will have to return to sign a sheet so I can get my money back. Im her caregiver, Im the one responsible for her, and all this time the manager was over by the counter listening and said nothing. Then the receptionist said, I will have to ask my manager, they they looked at her and she asked me if Im the one who takes care of her, and I said yes knowing I just said all that, then they could start the process of refunding me. Its now one day short of 2 weeks that the cash amount I paid upfront thats supposed to be refunded in my mothers name, I wont even touch that part right now, is still not processed by corporate. I paid cash upfront and have to wait for a check to be sent out not even in my name but my mothers. So youre telling me, If if I was helping a stranger on the street, doing some good in this world to get them some dentures and paid upfront cash as well, you would refund that check in the strangers name. These people are obnoxious and care less, their customer service etiquette is unscrupulous and I would not recommend anyone to this place. We had a deadline to meet, we went to another facility the Tuesday morning and my mom received her dentures in two days and she is exceptionally happy. I called this morning and the receptionist with her pitiless response, no one tried to get an answer but just indolent, told me all she knows is the check was approved by corporate and its now 13 days now and nothing has changed. I want my money.
