I made my purchase on a Friday. When washer and dryer were delivered the next day, I tested them. The dryer wasn't working. They left the washer and took the dryer. The dryer was not turning and a part was needed in order to fix. No one ever told me any of that. I complained enough they loaned me a dryer. And the loaner was not heating up correctly. It took 2 weeks of me calling and complaining to them..they finally brought me a dryer. And that one didn't work right. And they took the loaner. Finally! I got a dryer that works. It doesn't match the washer but I have a dryer that works. At one point, I was told exchanges were not allowed. I asked why not, your recipet says exchanges or store credit only. They asked me for a copy of my receipt...how fishy. Go somewhere else people. Avoid yourself the aggravation.
