This community is clean, great location on county line road and very quiet with low traffic outside. Management is very nice, thank you for the tour!

Been living here for 3 years and from the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted by genuine hospitality. The staffs dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction, from helping you with the application process to explaining every rule and despite the challenges of the surrounding neighborhood, the staffs commitment to guest satisfaction never wavered.

Catalina is AMAZING!!! She explained everything in great detail! She is very professional and friendly!! Although the office was so busy when I walked in she took her time explaining everything I needed for the move in process! The units themselves arent the most renovated but still very nice and clean! For the best price in town. You will NOT find nothing that can beat this. The complex is also clean and kept! Thank you Catalina.

Staff and management was top tier. Welcomed us with open arms, while walking us hand and hand through the final steps of becoming official tenants at Pembroke Villas. Once we were handed the keys and walked through those apartment doors we were beyond ecstatic. The place is a beauty inside and out! Spacious, clean and all included utilities working to perfection and rent is the most affordable. Couldnt ask for more. Thank you Pembroke villas staff you all ROCK!!!!!
